Shipping & Handling

All Shebobo orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by UPS and are based on the size and weight of your package, plus the distance it travels. All orders are fulfilled by our team in Oregon, and take up to 3 business days to process before shipment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

International orders may take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Please note: duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Shebobo is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer at time of delivery.

Shebobo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days for store credit only. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not offer exchanges.

Please include with your return your order number and contact information. Refunds are processed within 7 days of arrival at the Shebobo headquarters. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.
